Production-related Links
Wondering what it takes to get something shot and seen by as many people as possible? There are many avenues one can take, and we offer a few below, starting with traditional broadcast airing.

Independent Television Service
ITS has a robust blog on its website that covers many topics.

Public Broadcasting System
If your project is planning to be produced for broadcast, visit the PBS Producer’s web site. While very detailed and technical, the PBS producer’s handbook is very thorough. Be assured that if these technical and editorial specifications are met, then the project will not be discounted based on these specifications.

There are other great books and manuals written by film and multimedia professionals that will be helpful for independent producers just getting started in the business. Check your local library or search the Internet.
